AHAM’s Completion Process™ – The Seven Basic Steps

This is a step-by-step Conscious Process for bringing completion in your life and affairs. It is Consciousness speaking to Consciousness, not just data to read for mere intellectual understanding. Of course, you must understand what you read, but that is not itself the main point. It is for creating the experience to clear consciousness of its past conditioning, and what is now blocking or limiting you, or your ability to live free, clear and happy. When doing this process, go slowly, allowing a full second of time for reading each word and phrase, and for each successive dot (. . .). This helps reveal its deeper meaning. Take time to fully experience the experience that the words bring up.

You can use this process to transform or clear any area of your life, or any situation in your world that is limiting you or causing you upset or unhappiness.

Step One – Tell the Truth

Ask yourself: “What is the actual item, or area of my life, in which I wish to experience genuine completion, freedom and fulfillment?”

Come to the real and genuine or actual truth about it. . . Ask yourself: “What really IS the truth about this?” Continue to repeat this question to yourself. . . with each phase. . . each aspect. . . each feature or facet. . . of what comes to mind. . . as it comes up. . . until you feel you have finally reached. . . the bottom-most layer of the situation or condition. . . the first and/or primal level or item. . . of its original conditioning. . . Then . . .

Step Two – Accept (i.e., abide in pure Acceptance of what’s so about it)

Be aware of all your present experiences. . . regarding having told the truth about it. . . such as bodily sensations. . . mental attitudes. . . emotions. . . and thoughts. . . Ask yourself, “Who’s experiencing this?” The one answer: “I AM.”

Feel I AM. Observe: I AM is Here (behind the scene as Witness). “I” (the seer) and “it” (the item/situation seen; the felt experience) are both present; both are here in the I AM that I AM. Feel them both present . . . both included . . . both accepted . . . and allowed to be here. . . just as they (we) both are!

But LO! Get it. . . they are not two. . . there’s just I AM here. . . which is both. . . and neither . . . I AM giving both permission to be. . . or appear to be. . . here and there. . . which is only perceptual . . . not actual! For only I AM is! . . . I AM prior to both. . . and yet present as both. . . and there is no contradiction. . . no conflict. . . no controversy. . . There is no resistance or upset. . . there is only Acceptance. . . I am in full acceptance with what is. . . with what’s now so! There is no longer any resistance. . .

Understand: “What you resist, persists.” So, fully accept!. . . Acceptance is the doorway to completion. . . which leads to freedom. . .

Now. . . it’s time to. . .

Step Three – Choose Completion and Freedom Now!

Ask yourself: “Am I choosing freedom or completion NOW?” . . . (Answer) “Yes.”

Now, ask: “Do I really mean it?” . . . YES!!

Make sure you’re telling yourself the truth!. . .

For, at this point, you are taking a firm stand for this to be finished, once and for all! And, you are calling forth your own Power of Awareness to take it all the way through to completion.

Step Four – Feel the Completion:

So now, ask yourself: “How would I feel right now if this situation was already complete . . . totally finished?”. . . Let the Feeling of Completion come up. . . receive it fully Feel it radiating throughout your body-mind, and pushing out all that’s not what you choose. . .

Let the natural feeling of freedom and completion come up. . . and be felt throughout your entire being. . . totally filling your body-mind. . .

Remain in this feeling ONLY. . . allow this natural feeling. . . this Assumption. . . to mold the newly awakened sense of completion. . . and form it into matter. . . comprising your world. . . so that you will experience it as a physical fact.

Step Five – Creative Imagination or Consciously Foresee:
(Envision it as you want it to be)

From the Feeling of Completion. . . allow a scene. . . to come up naturally in your mind. . . or in your imagination. . . a scene in which you are actively involved. . . in a specific action. . . just as you would naturally be doing. . . if the situation were already complete. . . and you totally free from it. . . Hold the scene steadily. . . until it feels natural. . . and takes on the tones of reality! . . .

See and feel the natural action of the scene. . . occurring now. . . See it happening around you. . . and to you. . . as though you are an actor. . . participating in the scene on a stage. . . in a live theatre play. . .

Let the mind create the scene by asking yourself, “What would I be doing right now if this was already what’s so?”

Choose a scene that gives expression to. . . or out-pictures the Feeling of Completion. . . as a living fact. . . a natural experience. . . Let it now come naturally from within you. . . You should not have to effort.. Just let it come to mind. . . and be what it is. . . rising from the Source within you. . . from the Wisdom and Power. . . of your inner Self. . . from your own Power of Awareness. . .

Important: If the Feeling of Completion does not rise up, then recheck Steps One through Three to be sure they have each been done correctly. Then, let go and rest in the Feeling of Completion.

Step Six – Say “No thank you” to Doubt or Fear, and “Don’t go there.”

If or when doubts, fears, the sense of limitation, or any other negative thoughts or emotions arise, first ask: “Who’s thinking these thoughts, or having these feelings?” . . . Again, it is “I am” . . .

Return to the pure feeling of I AM . . . Stay firmly centered in the I AM... and its steady feeling of Peace. . .

If doubt or negative thoughts or ideas arise. . . contrary to what you are choosing. . . say “No thank you!” And don’t go there!. . .

Don’t give this. . . or any negative thoughts or images . . . or any negative “self talk”. . . your attention!

Instead, always return to the completion scene. . . and the feeling of completion. . . or to the pure feeling of I AM. . . Stay with the inner sense of completion. . . in peace, freedom and joy. . . saying “yes” to your success. . . your “happy end of your movie.”

Step Seven – Letting Go Into The Power Of Awareness

Now, just let go. . . into your own Power of Awareness. . . Let IT be the “doer” of whatever is to be done. . . You may not now know how. . . or what needs to be done. . . But the ideas will come. . . they will come from the Source. . . from the Pure I AM. . . and revealed to your mind. . . from within or without.

This is the step where you honor the Source. . . out of which it all comes. . . You give it all over to the Higher Power. . . which is really “Letting go, and Letting God.”

To do this, you ask: “Who’s experiencing this Feeling of Completion?” . . . It is “I AM” . . . Feel the pure I AM. . . and truly, “Let Go and Let God.”

In the Bible (Exodus 3:14) the name of God is I AM.
